They stall because what worked in the demo doesn’t survive contact with real operations. The gap between a controlled demonstration and day-to-day reality is where teams run into trouble. Production environments don’t look like that. In real operations, data is messy, inputs are inconsistent, systems are fragmented, and context is incomplete. Latency matters.
